1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and conditions of use between Feelians ("the Company") and users in connection with the Feelians application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
2. Definitions
- Service: the Feelians mobile and web application providing AI-driven emotional journaling and reflective companions.
- User: any person who accesses the Service through an account.
- Content: text, journal entries, voice recordings, and any other materials a user uploads or generates.
3. Nature of the Service (Non-Medical)
Feelians is not a medical service or substitute for professional mental health care. The Service provides emotional journaling and AI companions intended for self-reflection and emotional support. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency line.
4. Account & Eligibility
Users must meet the minimum age required by the applicable App Store rating. Users are responsible for the accuracy of any information provided at sign-up and for safeguarding their account credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to use the Service to harm others, distribute illegal content, or attempt to extract data through automation. The Company may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Subscriptions & Pricing
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Localized pricing and currency follow the platform's regional rules. Refunds are handled per the platform's refund policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Company may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Seoul, unless local mandatory rules require otherwise.
